Extra support for volunteers

Would you feel more comfortable with some extra support to help you volunteer? Have you experienced poor mental health, stress, anxiety, or depression? Do you have a physical or learning disability, or maybe you need a little help moving forward or making changes?

All volunteers have different needs. Perhaps you would like someone to accompany you when you visit an organisation or to your first few volunteering sessions. Our Volunteer Support Worker can help you gain the confidence to make that first step into volunteering. The Volunteer Support Worker will also keep in touch, either by phone or letter, and offer training and support if needed.
